These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance to
the laws of the United Kingdom (English and Welsh), and any disputes relating to
these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
Courts of the United Kingdom (England and Wales).
Payments...
ALL invoices must be paid in
FULL within 15 days of start of the contract, unless agreed by
PBT Media Relations Ltd in writing.
Your contract will
automatically renew for the same time frame, and you will be billed accordingly.
Any changes to the amount due will be sent to you in advance, with option for
you to cancel the renewal at anytime, up to the renewal date.
You will be held liable for
any additional charges for recovery, should you fail to make payment.
We will refund you any money
outstanding, from the cancelation point of your account, if you have not broken
our terms and conditions and we decide to remove your advertisement or have to
stop running the service you are using for any reason. for example you have paid
£200 for your advert for 1 year and we stop your advert after 6 months, you will
get back £100.
Any overdue interest
payments will be charged 8% above the Bank of England's current base rate.
