How do I order a Photograph?

All our photographs are printed on professional quality glossy-finish print paper, as standard.   But you can order a professional quality matt-finish from us, but this must be done at the time of placing your order.   Matt finishes are the same price as our glossy prints, but we feel glossy provides a better look to the end result.    Please also note that photographs can be printed on canvas as well as printed on a variety of other options, but costs for these services are extra.   Please see section, gift ideas for more information and also take a look at our online shop for other printing options...

We aim at providing a high quality ordering service with the best support...  but sadly all photographic orders are not completed in the day the order is made.  It will take us time to locate an image, get it printed and then sent to you.   On average around 3 weeks after your payment has been processed for you will receive the print/s you have ordered if you live in the UK.   We will only take the payment after we have located and confirmed that we can print the image you have requested.   If we have a problem you must give us your contact information, so that we can keep you informed of any problems, should any happen, as some times orders are not as straight forward as we would all like them to be.

Placing your Picture Order

No action will be taken until payment has been made on any options below:-

Phone Orders	Card payments can be taken over the phone and billed to you via PBT Media Relations Ltd.   We take all major credit and debit cards, expect Visa Electron and American Express. To make a phone order please have on hand a note of the webpage locate, and pass as detailed a description to us of the photograph you require, so that we can locate it for you.   Then we will require your full postal address and a contact number should we need to contact you. Via our office	Cash, cheque and credit & debit card payments can be made via our offices.  Sadly we do not have full access to our offices for some disabled people, due to the nature of the building, but we can still take your order inside.    If you are paying by cheque, then it must be made payable to Southport Reporter.   Our office address is:-  4a Post Office Ave, Southport, PR9 0US.    Click here for directions. By Post	If you are paying by post, do not send cash!    Please pay by cheque, made payable to Southport Reporter.     Ideally print the page from the web and indicate which photo/s with quantity required.  Also you must add your full Postal Address and a phone number in case we have to contact you.  If you do not have a phone number and we can not work out your request, the cheque will be returned to you.   Remember to allow time for delivery of your order as well as the time for us to process your order.  You cheque will not be processed until the print is sent to you by post.  Please allow at up to 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.  (Delays can be coursed on very rare occasions due to post, so please ring us if you do not get the print with in 4 weeks) Photographic Sales, Southport & Mersey Reporter, PCBT Photography, 4a Post Office Ave, Southport, Merseyside, PR9 0US, UK.
